DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Guidelines In case of a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the infringing content as required by copyright laws. To promote transparency, we may share the details of the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact info, with the accused party. If you believe your content was mistakenly removed, you can submit a counter-notice which must include: identification of the content, where it was originally located, your full contact details (name, address, phone number, and email), a sworn statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, a declaration consenting to legal action, and your signature. If the counter-notice is valid, we may reinstate the content unless legal proceedings are initiated by the complainant.
